About Eric McKenzie

Eric joined SBAuer Funds, LLC, in 2009 and has nearly 30 years of experience in financial services. His decision to join our firm was made while he was a Vice President at Huntington Asset Services—the firm we chose to start the Auer Growth Fund. Despite seeing dozens and dozens of funds, something about AUERX caught his attention and he wanted to be a part of it.

He earned a history degree at Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, and began his career as an investment consultant with Charles Schwab and later with Bank One. He also serves as Director of Operations for Innovative Portfolios, LLC, a money management firm owned by Sheaff Brock Capital Management, LLC, where he assists with equities trading.

Eric enjoys spending time with his wife, their two grown sons, two dogs and a Himalayan cat named Jayne.
